  • Training: We pride ourselves on producing market-leading work. To maintain these high standards, we provide comprehensive one-to-one training. New analysts work closely with an experienced researcher over the first 12 months of their career to bring them up to speed and equip them with all the skills necessary to become an expert in due diligence and compliance. Senior staff actively work with new joiners to ensure that they hit the ground running, and continue to mentor analysts over the course of their career at Wallbrook.

  • Career development: Having mastered our core entry level product, junior staff are exposed to a range of career paths. Whether it’s in-depth research, business development, client exposure or management, we ensure that employees are given all the tools to develop professionally. We build our company from the ground up, and many of our most senior staff started with us as analysts.

  • All of our staff are practitioners: We do not hire sales staff or professional managers who do not know or understand our business. We are not a bolt on to a larger firm. Each of us started our careers in this sector as analysts and researchers. We understand the nature of the position, its challenges, opportunities and what it takes to be successful.
