We help London's leading NOMADs and brokers conduct due diligence on companies listing on AIM.

Diligence for AIm

The London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) Alternative Investment Market (AIM) is the world's leading growth stock market, with over a thousand small-market-capitalisation companies trading on it.

AIM-listed firms benefit from a light-touch regulatory framework. Companies seeking to list appoint Nominated Advisors (NOMADs), who undertake extensive due diligence on firms to ensure their suitability for the market. This includes background checks on directors, and enhanced due diligence on foreign directors and shareholders. Often, NOMADs are also the issuing broker for the firm. NOMADs also act as the primary oversight body for companies once they list.

Nomad & Broker Due Diligence Team

Since 2006, when the LSE formalised its guidance for NOMADs, Wallbrook's NOMAD due diligence team has provided director checks and enhanced due diligence in support of AIM listings. Over time, NOMADs' due diligence requirements have grown in complexity, as overseas firms comprise an increasing share of firms seeking to list on AIM. Leading NOMADs trust our reports to provide the outside intelligence they need.
